The raising of the limit of Infinity Capital in Bulgaria is entered in the commercial register

SOFIA (Bulgaria), October 28 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian real estate investment company Infinity Capital has announced that its capital increase via a new share issue has been entered in the register of public companies on October 27.

The share capital of Infinity Capital now stands at 1.45 million levs (862,800/741,400 euros) divided into 1,454,883 ordinary shares with a par value of 1 lev each, the company said on Wednesday in a statement. stock exchange document.

The capital of the company amounted to 607,685 levs before the capital increase.

Earlier this month, Infinity Capital raised nearly 1.36 million levs in an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Sofia Stock Exchange SME growth market BEAM. Investors subscribed and paid for a total of 847,198 shares of the company with a par value of 1 lev and an issue price of 1.60 lev each, Infinity Capital said at the time.

At the beginning of October, Infinity Capital announced its intention to raise up to 5.8 million levs from investors via an initial public offering on the BEAM market on October 18 and 19 by offering up to 3,625,000 new shares of a face value of 1 lev and an issue price of 1.60 lev each. Infinity Capital also said at the time that the IPO would be considered successful if at least 612,500 shares were subscribed and paid for.

Earlier this year, Infinity Capital said the proceeds from its planned IPO would be used to develop its project for the Aristocrat Hills residential complex near Sofia. The project provides for the construction of 13 luxury homes.

In a separate file released Wednesday, Infinity Capital said it already owns all of the land for the construction of the Aristocrat Hills project following the signing of a final contract to acquire 100% stake in Gurmazovo Hills, the owner of the Aristocrat Hills project, from local GD Capital Management AD.

Infinity Capital, created in December 2019, is majority owned by the local GD Capital Management AD, owned by the individual Georgi Dimitrov, according to the commercial register.
